You may be wondering about the real pupose behind this site. That's a tricky thing to answer. This site is driven by so many powers and ideas, it's difficult to narrow it down.

But I will try.

{ art and knowledge }

There it is, simply stated and simply driven. I have pictures to show and ideas to share.

The knowledge is of the sort that some may need down the road, but many don't get to look in the sources it comes from. I, on the other hand, get a ridiculous amount of magazines coming into my house. When I come across something that screams out to me, I'll try and get info about it posted online. When the lawyers come and tell me to take it off, it's got to go so get your curved, glassy flesh on it before then.

The art is, well, see for yourself. Different people like different pieces. And like the trend in music these days, it all seems to defy categorization. Slap a label on it, if that will make your skin stop crawling. Most of the art in the visual experiences section has been sized and bordered to fit perfectly as 800x600 Windows wallpaper. The section called threads is setup to showcase the 13 beyond t-shirt designs. Take a look and vote for your favorites. We will be posting and updating where to find the gear in the real world and online.

The Grand Scheme

There is, of course, a master plan behind this madness. Of course, people are quick to speak of "crawling before walking" but that doesn't keep away dreams. The overall goal is to create a community of artists and give them an outlet for their own creativity. T-shirts are a great place to put a picture. There is so much great work out there in this tormented little world, yet almost no one will ever see it. It sits in portfolios or on Zip disks and is all but forgotten, except when the Creators look back fondly and remember the enjoyment of making those images. To help others show their work would be an amazing act. I've wanted to get people together to do this since 1995 and now, I finally have the time to do it. Success is, however, in the eyes of the world.

Keep it secret though. No one seems to want us to fly before we've yet to crawl.
